WorkforceChicago recognizes Chicagoland companies that exhibit exemplary employee learning and development strategies, building a culture of high performance, productivity, and pride. Each winter, companies throughout Chicagoland apply for the WorkforceChicago Award by completing the Nomination Application.

WorkforceChicago holds an annual event in the summer and grants awards and recognition to companies in the Chicago area that excel in several areas of employee learning and development.

These companies recognize how improvements in productivity and profitability come with educated employees, and they regard their employees as worthy investments of company time and resources.
