Lisa Schumacher joined CAEL as the new Director of WorkforceChicago on May 5th. She brings a wealth of experience in promoting life long learning principles and building employee learning strategies that are aligned with organizational business needs. Lisa comes to us with over fifteen years of experience at University of Chicago Medical Center where she was most recently the Director of their Learning Academy, one of the first corporate quality universities in health care. Lisa will continue to expand the scope and strategic plan for the future of WorkforceChicago.
Michelle Sanford, former Director of WorkforceChicago, has been promoted to Senior Consultant and will work to expand CAEL's consulting sales and delivery effort in the corporate sector.
