WorkforceChicago2.0 presents the Exemplary Practices Discussion Series, a series of workshops co-hosted by WorkforceChicago2.0 and a past award winner or current Business Leadership Group company. This series provides success stories and concrete strategies for better employee learning and development—bringing together executives across the region to discuss how they can better provide development and learning to their workforce.

These programs are held throughout the year, in the Chicago region. They might take the form of workshops, seminars, web conferences and more, with topics chosen through collaboration between a past award-winner or Business Leadership Group member and WorkforceChicago2.0. The topics usually relate in some way to one of the WorkforceChicago2.0 Exemplary Practices.
